PHASE 01
The Onboarding & Audit
We start by opening up the hood. I conduct a clinical audit of your current online presence, digital assets, and business development strategies. We then meet for a 1:1 intensive to map your revenue goals directly to an integrated marketing framework.
PHASE 02
The Blueprint Delivery
Following our intensive, I build and present your custom 90-Day Marketing Plan, broken down into manageable monthly milestones. This presentation details the exact timing, channels, best practices, and execution steps required to scale your business predictably.
PHASE 03
Active Implementation
A plan is only as good as its execution. For three months, we move into active implementation mode. We will have three monthly 1:1 check-in sessions to review your data, optimize your assets, troubleshoot roadblocks, and map out your upcoming 30-day sprints.
PHASE 02
The Hand-off
In our final session, we look at the data from your 90-day sprint and map out your long-term sustainability plan—ensuring you, your freelancers, or your future hires know exactly how to keep the machine running smoothly.
