MY STORY
From the classroom to your conference room
I didn't start in business. I started in classrooms.
First at The University of Arizona, where I got my MA and then at Penn State where I was ABD in a PhD program, I started my professional career in academia. I spent over two decades as an instructional designer and systems architect — building frameworks, curricula, and processes that helped organizations make complex things simple. I became the person you called when nothing was working and nobody could figure out why.
Then I started sitting across from small business owners. Smart, driven, talented people — completely overwhelmed by the noise. They weren't failing because they lacked hustle. They were failing because nobody had ever handed them a real system. Goldman Sachs saw the same gap. So did Google. And every room I walked into confirmed it: brilliant people without a clear blueprint.
So I built one. And then I built Professor Lindsay
